Myloan Institute
The Myloan Institute is a learning program designed to ensure that all service providers in the Myloan community are knowledgeable of the services they offer. Service providers include loan advisors, managers, turn-ins specialists, cashiers, and officers. Client management requires that service providers are sufficiently equipped with the know-how on product/service knowledge, systems, and procedure. With Myloan Institute ensuring that every service provider goes through the training process, we are assured that our loan borrowers will be serviced properly. The following programs are now available in our Myloan Institute: 1. New Loan Advisor Orientation 2. MyloanCenter Orientation 3. Loans and Credit Management 4. Effective Selling of Financial Products 5. Turn-ins Specialist Program 6. Cashier Management Program 7.
